Accommodation

Dear delegates! All rooms in the Nordic Hotel Forum have been booked for today. As a result, we offer accommodation to new registrants in the nearby Metropol SPA Hotel.

Registration and accommodation booking will be confirmed after receiving the payment.

Accommodation includes: standard room, buffet breakfast, unlimited access to the leisure centre, applicable taxes and fees.

Each room contains carefully selected duvets, pillows and bed linen, air-conditioning, an LCD TV, Wi-Fi, a safe deposit box, a minibar and a hairdryer.

Check-in is available from 14:00 p.m.

Arrival / Departure transport

Participants are kindly requested to make their own arrangements for transportation from and to the airport. The Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport (http://www.tallinn-airport.ee/en/) is located 4 km from the city centre, which is approximately a 15-minute drive, depending on traffic.

By taxi

The journey from the airport to Tallinn city centre takes approximately 10–15 minutes and costs around 10 €. The official taxi partners of Tallinn Airport are Forus Taxi and Tallink Taxi whose cars will be waiting for passengers right in front of the terminal doors.

By bus

Airport bus stops are located at the city side of the passenger terminal next to the tram stop.

You can enter the terminal from the bus stops by escalator or elevator, going to the arrival area. Tallinn City Transport Busses No. 2 and No. 65 stop at the airport. You can check out the bus timetable HERE.

Both Tallinn Ühiskaart Transport Card and single tickets can be used on city buses. Tickets are sold by the bus driver at the entrance to the bus, the ticket price is 2 euros.

The airport bus station also has a self-service ticket dispenser where you can buy tickets for buses stopping at the airport on the way to Tartu. The machine accepts card payments.

Transfer

Transfer from Nordic Hotel Forum to the gala dinner and back to the hotel will be provided by organisers.

Registration / Identity badges

Each participant is kindly requested to register online by 22 March 2023.

Welcome and registration desks will be open at the Nordic Hotel Forum on Wednesday, 26 April 2023, from 14:00 to 19:00. Delegates arriving later will be able to register at the meeting venue on Thursday, 27 April 2023, from 08:30.

At the registration desks, participants will receive their identity badges and working documents upon presenting their ID document. Participants are kindly requested to wear their identity badges visibly at all times during the event. If you lose your identity badge, please contact the organisers immediately.

Interpretation

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, German, Italian and Polish.

WiFi

WiFi is available at the conference venue.

Catering

Lunches and coffee breaks will be served in the foyer of the conference centre. Vegetarians and persons with food allergies are kindly asked to inform the organisers in advance by providing the relevant information on their registration form.
